Joe & the Juice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and uphold our people-centric culture. You will recruit and develop a high-performing team, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and manage budgets to deliver best-in-class results.

You will maintain brand standards, enforce safety and compliance, and guide the store toward EBITDA targets while building strong community ties.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a retail, hospitality, or service-driven environment.
• Proven track record delivering operational and financial results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to coach, mentor, and develop team members.

• Lead and develop team members in alignment with company virtues and operational principles.
• Own recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and building a strong future talent pipeline.
• Develop and motivate staff through structured development plans and regular training sessions.
• Champion a guest-first mindset and build relationships within the local community.
• Maintain hygiene, health, safety standards, and ensure compliance with brand standards and local regulations.
• Plan shifts and optimize workforce usage to meet store needs and budget.
• Drive sales growth, monitor EBITDA, and take corrective actions to achieve KPI targets.
• Oversee stock, inventory management, and reduce waste to meet monthly targets.
