Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a hospitable work environment and maintain donor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and issue warnings as needed.
• Meet sales, production, and expense budgets for profitability.
• Display production on the sales floor and supervise merchandise flow.
• Recruit, interview, and recommend applicants.
• Conduct staff evaluations and arrange training.
• Hold regular staff and safety meetings.
• Ensure safety compliance with OSHA and related regulations.
• Schedule all staff and post weekly rosters.
• Oversee payroll submission biweekly.
• Order merchandise and maintain stock with rag-out standards.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing staff.
• Safeguard cash handling and banking procedures.
• Report to administrators on site visits and inspections.
• Participate in manager and production meetings.
• Oversee property protection and incident reporting.
• Support work therapy program for beneficiaries.
• Supervise Warehouse Coordinator in production areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
