Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to train and develop high performing store teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Store Manager to lead store staff to achieve sales, service, and operational expectations when assigned as manager on duty.
• Coach and develop team to create an engaging and inclusive store environment.
• Monitor store performance and use reports to inform decisions.
• Assist in recruitment and maintaining brand standards.
• Train staff on internal operational functions and procedures.
• Communicate priorities and sales information to ensure staff are equipped to maximize business.
