Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2 or more full-time employees, including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
• Recruits, hires and trains staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manages store operations to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept per Company standards.
• Schedules employees and oversees training, performance feedback and safety procedures.
• Develops professional relationships with suppliers and resolves customer complaints promptly.
