Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain outgoing rapport with customers and provide excellent service.
• Successfully complete the Management Training Program.
• Employ and properly train a qualified Assistant Manager with District Manager approval.
• Train store personnel with Assistant Manager guidance and District Manager approval.
• Obtain advice of District Manager on personnel or operational problems; consult Regional VP when needed.
• Maintain inventory shrinkage within policy; address issues promptly.
