Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single Panda Express location, hire and direct associates, drive financial performance and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

We offer an 8+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success. Paid leadership training, mentorship, and development support are provided to help you grow within the Panda family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store, hiring and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and develop staff to deliver exceptional service and maintain brand standards.
• Participate in leadership training and apply learnings to drive store success.
