Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, owner of Panda Express, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You’ll oversee the operation of a single store, hire and lead associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide an 8+ week leadership training program, mentorship, and comprehensive benefits. This on-site role offers growth into management positions and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
