You will oversee the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Be willing to relocate within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work opening/closing shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food safety awareness and Serve Safe certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop store team through training and performance coaching.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
