Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee a single store's operation, including hiring, coaching, and directing associates to meet financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• Employees must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in an 8+ week store leadership training program.
