Qualifications

• Flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Assist operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct staff and ensure delivery of exceptional experiences.
• Participate in a store leadership training program (3+ weeks) to prepare for success.
