Panda Express is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single store, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will hire, coach, and direct associates to achieve targets while upholding brand standards and guest satisfaction.

You will participate in an 8+ week leadership training program designed to develop your management skills and support from the Panda community to ensure your personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50 mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilités

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
• Provide leadership training to prepare you for success and participate in a store leadership program.
