Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Experience in store leadership and guest service preferred.
• Ability to work opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Provide 8+ weeks of leadership training and ongoing development.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards and proper equipment use.
