Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a Panda Express store. You will be responsible for daily operations, staff management, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals.

The role includes an 8+ week leadership training program and opportunities for mentorship within Panda’s supportive community. Candidates must be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and possess a Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be able to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Flexible schedule that includes openings and closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Lead and supervise staff to ensure smooth store performance and positive customer experiences.
• Complete the 8+ weeks of store leadership training program provided by the company.
