Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations at our McAllen, TX locations, supervise staff, provide training, and ensure excellent customer service and store appearance.

You will oversee merchandising and promotional programs, manage cash handling and POS transactions, analyze reports to drive profitability, and develop a high-performing team through coaching and strong communication. Qualifications

Minimum high school diploma or GED; retail management experience preferred
Experience supervising and developing store teams
Ability to analyze store reports and drive profitability

Responsibilities

Lead and develop store team to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee merchandising, promotions, and store cleanliness
Manage P&L and store performance using reports
Handle cash and fuel transactions; promote loyalty program
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
