Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train store staff across shifts.
• Strong merchandising and marketing execution with financial awareness.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic fuel operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and participate in store leadership and daily operations.
• Lead merchandising and marketing programs to drive sales and profitability.
• Use P&L and store reports to inform decision making and improvements.
• Coach and develop team, maintain high retention and customer service.
