Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Store Manager to lead store teams in Texas. You will oversee daily operations, drive merchandising, coaching, and customer service excellence while delivering results through the store leadership team.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with retail management experience.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and automotive liability insurance during employment.
• Ability to multi-task, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, empower employees, and encourage productivity.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and ensure products are in-stock.
