• Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager.
• Ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in store operations, customer service, merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsabilités

• Drive store performance by supporting sales results and managing expenses.
• Oversee merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, scheduling, shipping, and receiving.
• Attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor and role model.
• Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store changes; contribute to succession planning.
