Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will participate in on-the-job training to learn merchandising, signage, and display techniques that create an inviting atmosphere for customers. The role requires hiring and developing associates, enforcing policies, and driving opening/closing procedures while delivering strong customer service and protecting store assets.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve our customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising while coaching and correcting when appropriate.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure full compliance with applicable laws and regulations, while enforcing company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Implement operational and merchandising direction from our corporate headquarters.
• Help your store reach its maximum profit contribution.
• Protect company assets.
• Maintain a high level of customer service across the store.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with professional interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
