You will train on-site to recruit and develop associates, implement corporate merchandising direction, and maintain a welcoming store environment for customers and teammates.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height and perform frequent movements.
