Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience supervising and training for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Proficiency with computer use: reports, inventory control, cash control, notices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site stocked, clean and well maintained.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to optimize customer service.

• Prepare performance feedback for staff and conduct timely appraisals.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Ensure clear and timely internal communications with all site employees.
