Job summary

Panda Express, the leadership brand of Panda Restaurant Group, is looking for experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager you will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and develop teammates, and drive hospitality and financial performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program and develop leadership skills.
