Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist in operating a single Panda store to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to deliver consistent service and quality.
• Support leadership training and development during onboarding and beyond.
