7-Eleven, Inc in Clinton, TN is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coaching the team, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will drive sales through merchandising, staff development, and compliance with company standards.

The role emphasizes promoting from within, managing P&L, cash handling, and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe store. A high school diploma is preferred, with retail management experience and a valid driver's license.

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching for store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants and developing leaders.
• Ability to oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ability to use store reports to effect change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and promote the rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• High school diploma preferred, or 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
