7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager to lead a busy store, drive sales, and manage daily operations from staffing to merchandising. You will coach a team, develop leaders, and implement marketing initiatives that boost profitability while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Oversight of customer service leadership, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Oversee and implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use store reports and P&L to drive positive changes.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty rewards promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment compliant with health and sanitation rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities
