Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for the Georgetown, IN location.

You will lead a team, hire and train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service while keeping the site clean, stocked, and compliant with company standards. This role emphasizes strong communication, financial awareness, scheduling, supervision, safety, and relationship-building with suppliers and the local community, with a focus on achieving sales and profit goals.

Qualifications

• The minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or GED (preferred).
• Experience in retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train employees and use computer systems for reports and inventory.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to perform other duties as assigned.
