Buckle is seeking an on-site Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager to drive guest service, sales, and team development. You will work with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to recruit, train, and coach Teammates, ensuring a high-energy, customer-focused store environment.

As a pivotal leader, you will oversee store operations, merchandising, and performance metrics, while guiding staff to deliver Buckle’s mission of an exceptional shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership abilities with experience in retail or team development.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate teammates.
• Experience with merchandising, displays, and POS procedures.

Responsabilités

• Lead sales and guest service initiatives to drive store performance.
• Manage training and development of Teammates and new hires.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to optimize inventory and visual standards.
• Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and loss prevention practices.
