Rent-A-Center in Manchester, NH is seeking a Store Manager in Training to drive sales and oversee daily store operations. You will set daily and weekly goals, supervise coworkers, approve rental agreements, and monitor results to grow revenue while ensuring compliance with company policies.

The role covers accounts management, collections leadership, inventory control and cash handling, plus training and hiring of staff.

Formación

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Set daily and weekly sales goals and oversee store sales activities.
• Oversee collections, approve customer commitments and lead training to ensure compliance.
• Monitor store profitability, manage inventory, pricing, cash handling and asset protection.
• Recruit, train, and schedule coworkers to ensure outstanding customer service.
