Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises store personnel and leads to achieve KPI goals.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees and resolves employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and recommends for advancement.
• Plans weekly schedules and ensures adherence to policies.
