Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express location in Whitehall, OH. You will assist the store's operation, hire and manage associates, and drive guest experience while meeting financial goals.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Panda offers paid training, development opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and schedule team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for store leadership responsibilities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards to ensure a safe and welcoming guest environment.
