Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single Panda store, overseeing hiring, supervising and directing associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of a single Panda Express store and manage associates to meet financial goals and guest experience standards.
• Hire, onboard and direct staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week leadership training program to prepare for management responsibilities.
