Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred in Agricultural-Science or Business-related field.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.
• Experience delivering customer service and leading teams in a store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the store team to deliver Legendary Customer Service.
• Drive sales, manage inventory, and control expenses and shrink.
• Schedule and organize daily activities to ensure efficient store operations.
• Communicate policies and processes to the team and coordinate with leadership to resolve issues.
• Support training on paperwork, merchandising, and special projects.
