Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years related experience in retail, customer service and/or financial services.
• 4+ years proven business development skills and strategy execution.
• 4+ years proven leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Knowledge of bank product lines and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Leads, coaches and develops store teammates to deliver a legendary customer experience.
• Manages a medium sized store and team per TD Bank criteria.
• Oversees store growth, risk management and performance metrics.
• Collaborates with internal partners to grow deposits, loans and fees.
• Drives implementation of store plans and ensures regulatory compliance.
