Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years supervisory, leadership and coaching experience.
• 4+ years business development experience.
• 4+ years leadership and coaching experience.
• Small Business and Consumer lending experience.
• Knowledge of Bank product lines and store operations.
• Strong financial analysis and presentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Notary License (preferred).

Responsibilities
