Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of a single Panda store to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Hire, manage and direct associates and ensure compliance with policies.
• Prepare for success through an 8+ weeks leadership training program.
