Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single Panda Express store, driving performance and customer experience.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership development through the 8+ week Store Management Training program.
