Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, is seeking a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and shape guest experience. You will coach staff, own the store’s sales strategy, and ensure brand standards while coordinating daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will motivate your team to meet and exceed goals, complete training courses, and participate in weekly leadership calls.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Interview and hire top talent for the store — the team you build is the team that delivers your results.
• Train and mentor your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience by handling customer flow and store traffic.
• Own the store's daily sales strategy: set the plan for each shift based on traffic, promotions, and staffing.
• Analyze staffing needs, reporting financial and sales data, and managing cash and store operations.
• Open and close the store and maintain brand compliance.
