Job summary

Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte is hiring a Store Leader (Salon Manager) to guide a high-performing men’s and boys’ salon. Ideal for licensed cosmetologist or barber who enjoys coaching teams, managing operations, and delivering a top-notch client experience.

Join Team Bailey’s network of 14 locations in the Charlotte area. We offer a Manager-in-Training option for licensed stylists not ready for a full manager role, with hands-on leadership development in scheduling, inventory, and service.

Qualifications

Active North Carolina cosmetology license or barber license.
Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store settings preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

Lead with Ownership: manage daily salon operations, scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a consistent client experience.
Build a Winning Team: hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and growth.
Run It Like a Business: oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
Set the Service Standard: champion exceptional service, resolve concerns, and maintain a clean, professional environment.
Operate with Integrity: support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring licensing and safety compliance.
