Sport Clips Haircuts in Indian Trail, NC is seeking a Store Leader to guide a high-performing men’s salon. Licensed cosmetologist or barber with strong coaching and operations skills will drive scheduling, inventory, and customer excellence.

You will hire and onboard stylists, manage product orders, and uphold brand standards while maintaining a great team culture and professional salon environment.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina cosmetology or barber license.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store settings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.
