Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

Qualifications

• Licensed in North Carolina cosmetology or barbering.

Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte (next to Best Buy within the Blakeney Shopping Center on Rea Road) is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.

What We’re Looking For

• Active NORTH CAROLINA Cosmetology or BarberLicense
• Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men’s cutting preferred)
• Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
• Passion for customer service and team development
• Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
