Sport Clips Haircuts in Charlotte, NC is hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is ideal for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist looking to grow into leadership while continuing to cut hair.

Qualifications
- Licensed in North Carolina cosmetology or barbering.
- Experience as hair stylist or barber; men’s cutting preferred.
- Prior salon leadership or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and team development skills.
- Available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination.
- Coach and develop stylists to deliver MVP client experience.
- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards.
- Provide high-quality men’s haircuts and grooming services.
- Foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture.
