Qualifications

• Active North Carolina cosmetology license or barber license.
• Management experience in salon, spa, retail, or store setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced salon environment.
• Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily salon operations: scheduling, inventory, and POS to deliver a legendary client experience.
• Hire, coach, and onboard stylists while fostering teamwork and accountability.
• Oversee product ordering, inventory, and merchandising to support profitability and brand standards.
• Set the service standard and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a clean, professional environment.
• Support payroll and administrative needs while ensuring licensing, safety, and company policy compliance.
