Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead operations, teams, and store performance with hands-on ownership of daily activities. You’ll manage 8–15 staff across shifts and adapt to all hours, including evenings and holidays, while driving service quality and sales.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, communication, and the ability to upsell promotions while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a Food Safety Certification.
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Minimum age 21+.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Availability for days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team to deliver service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits; must have a valid driver's license.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while meeting sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to support deli/QSR operations when needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
