Job summary

GPM Investments, LLC is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, supervise a team of 8–15, and ensure outstanding customer service. The role requires hands-on leadership, flexibility to work various shifts, and a strong focus on maintaining clean, safe, and profitable store performance.

The position emphasizes ownership, training, inventory control, and the ability to manage expenses while meeting sales goals. A Food Safety Certification is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a retail/food service team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience managing store operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead 8–15 employees across shifts.
• Cover all shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean facilities, and maintain the lot/pumps.
• Coach staff to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members with accountability.
