Job summary

Andy’s Frozen Custard in Pflugerville, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager who can deliver outstanding customer service, strong leadership, and attention to detail while supporting the store manager. You will help supervise staff, maintain standards, and ensure a smooth operation during 11am–11:00pm Sun–Thu and 11am–11:30pm Fri–Sat shifts.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of assistant manager experience in the food service industry or related
• Must be ready to work a 42-45 hour work week
• Must be able to handle cash according to cash handling policies
• Must be ready to lead and keep a level head in stressful environments
• An in date Manager food handlers certificate

Responsibilities

• Effectively lead store when Store Manager is not present
• Develop and improve both store associates and shift leaders
• Enforce all Andy’s standards and policies on shift
• Ensure an incredible guest experience with legendary customer service
