Job summary

Northern Blends is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support store leadership and drive operational excellence in Michigan. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, ensure high product quality, and maximize sales while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

The AGM will work closely with the District Leader to implement company programs, manage KPIs, training tools, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to perform basic POS and computer functions
• Must be team oriented, self-motivated, and well organized.

Responsibilities

• Fosters a culture of exceptional guest experience and leads store operations.
• Reviews KPIs and implements improvements.
• Oversees partnerships with local community members and events to build brand awareness.
• Manages daily store operations including cash handling, inventory and labor planning.
• Ensures cleanliness and maintenance of the store and executes marketing strategies.
