• Leadership experience in a similar scope, preferably hi-growth DTC retail brands.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a team for seamless customer experience between stores and ecommerce.
• Proficient with technology and apps including Google Suites and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying core value of Spreading Good Vibes.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Manage client outreach and maintain up-to-date client information and product feedback.
• Plan and execute in-store events and drive performance through data insights.
• Maintain visual standards and restock floor; support floor moves.
