Faherty Brand is seeking a store leader to drive performance across sales, guest capture, and operations in our California locations. You will lead with a focus on customer experience, team development, and brand standards, ensuring the store reflects Faherty's positive culture.

You will manage daily sales flows, events, visuals, and metrics, while coordinating with leadership for monthly supply planning and strategic improvements.

Qualifications

• Multiple years leadership experience in a similar scope; hi-growth direct to consumer retail brands preferred.
• Omnichannel awareness and ability to lead a seamless customer experience between retail stores and ecommerce platforms.
• Adept with technology and apps, including Google Suites and MS Office.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across a multitude of channels.
• Demonstrated ability to coach and develop a leadership team.
• Proven track record of personal success within a retail business; consistent overachievement of sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Create a store environment embodying Faherty Brand values and culture.
• Process in-store sales, returns and exchanges.
• Manage client outreach via personalized communication and maintain client data.
• Assist in planning and executing in-store events.
• Analyze business metrics to identify performance improvements.
• Collaborate with Leadership Team for monthly supply orders.
• Maintain visual standards and restock floor based on sell-through.
• Provide coaching and development to team members.
