Job summary

Arhaus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our new San Antonio Showroom to drive a superior guest experience and operational excellence. You will partner with the Store Manager and stand in for them when needed, leading a high-energy team of design consultants to achieve sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong leadership, exceptional guest relations, and the ability to train and motivate others, while maintaining professional appearance and flexibility for evenings,

• Strong organizational, time management, technological and communication skills
• Possesses the ability and desire to train, coach, develop and motivate others to achieve results

Responsibilities

• Assist in driving all aspects of a high-quality guest experience
• Focus on maximizing team sales performance
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and hiring design consultants
• Assist in training, coaching and developing design consultants
• Facilitate and support ongoing training with all design consultants
• Encourage and motivate design consultants
• Assist in weekly lead/business reviews
• Performs disciplinary action as needed
• Assist in maintaining operational and reporting standards
• Spends time acting as the Leader on Duty
• Other duties as assigned
