Job summary

Arhaus is seeking a Design Consultant to maximize sales and deliver an exceptional guest experience at our San Antonio location. You will provide customer service, space planning assistance, and maintain a sales-driven focus while representing the Arhaus brand.

Responsibilities include meeting monthly sales targets, developing selling behaviors, demonstrating product knowledge, following up with guests, and collaborating with the store team to ensure an outstanding guest experience.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong knowledge of merchandise and in-store presentation.

Responsibilities
