Job summary

South Block in Burke, Virginia is hiring a Head Coach to lead a team, set the tone for guest experiences, and uphold the brand's high standards. You’ll schedule staff, train and develop teammates, manage inventory and deposits, and ensure clean, safe store operations while fostering a positive, inclusive culture.

Qualifications include at least 2 years of team leadership, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs; base salary ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 with bonus

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
• Proven ability to motivate staff and deliver guest experiences.
• Calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Willingness to jump in and lead by example.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver South Block’s high standards each shift.
• Build schedules balancing business needs with team happiness.
• Be the go-to person for guest needs, celebrate wins and solve challenges.
• Train, coach, and develop your team to grow into future leaders.
• Keep the store running smoothly: inventory, deposits, and safety.
